Medication refills (including from another provider). Evaluations for "add-on" medications in the setting of an infusion service are included with the service. Stand alone consultation is charged at convenient care pricing.

1 hour consultation and evaluation. Services include basic primary care, internal medicine and wellness evaluations. From hypertension, to weight loss and hormone therapy we are here to assist you in your health and wellness.

Working to meet the needs of our community and access to care. Basic lab panel (CBC, CMP and Lipid) available without consultation for $35. Full lab panels, hormone evaluation and follow ups available with consultation. (price varies $75 to $200)
